Inspired by our Greek culinary heritage, Tholos combines our contemporary culinary perspective with the famous Greek hospitality. Based on seasonal high-quality ingredients, most of which are supplied directly from Greece,
Organic Red Wine. Made from organically grown grapes of the Greek Thessalian variety Limniona and the international Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah. Controlled fermentation and aging in French and American oak barriques for 12 months give the wine deep purple colour, fruity aromas of blackberry, plum and sour cherry, spicy aromas of black pepper, cloves and more.
From Greek varieties of grapes Malagousia and Assyrtiko, cultivated under organic practices and low yields, hill slopes in the area of Meteora, around the prehistoric cave Theopetras. By alcoholic fermentation at low temperatures, the wine acquires fresh aromas of pineapple, mango, tangerine and peach, unobtrusive presence biscuit and hints of fresh mint.
Retsina Vaeni is a unique wine that expresses the Greek tradition. Classical white wine vinification with a parallel extraction of resin for 15-20 days. Alcoholic fermentation occurs when pine resin is added giving a distinctive characteristic aroma and a rich full flavour.
The wine is light straw color with a gentle perlyazhem. Elegant aroma of the wine reveals floral notes. The wine has a light, harmonious taste with a good balance between refreshing acidity and fruity, with a predominance of citrus tones and long aftertaste.Great wine as an aperitif, goes well with fish and seafood.
Metaxa 7 star Wine Brandy is the sophisticated member within the Metaxas range. This bottle was inspired by ancient Greek vases (Amphorae) in which wine and spirits were carried. Metaxas 7 star Wine Brandy is made up of wine distillates aged up to 7 years which give it a sweet and full bodied taste.
This brandy has an amber colour tending to the gold. The first impression in the mouth is that of slightly bitter orange, rose and apricot flowers. The second bouquet invokes a floral taste of honey and vanilla along with a touch of violet. The 5 star Metaxas Brandy is well balanced with peach and apricot notes, grapes and brioche.
A red dry wine produced from Agioritico grapes from vineyards in Central Greece. A ripe cherry tinged with violet; a pleasant aroma reminiscent of red fruit, with the slightest hint of spices; full-bodied and satisfying in the mouth, with a long lasting pleasant aftertaste.
Protected Designation of Origin Nemea. From selected vineyards in the Nemea area, this exuberant wine its deep red colour and rich bouquet of spices, vanilla and dried fruit, has aged for 12 months in French oak barrels and another 12 months in the bottle in order to acquire its characteristics structured, velvety flavour.
From the privately owned semi-mountainous vineyards of a specific choice of the Hatzimichalis Estate in the Atalanta Valley. Vivid ruby colour with violet highlights. Complex, attractive aromatic set with plums and black currants dominating on a refined vanilla background. Aromas of ripe red fruit, jam and sweet spices, such as clove, predominate in the mouth. Harmonious and balanced with rich tannins, high acidity and prolonged fruity finish.

This is one of the most common wines of Central Central Greece, with a light-yellow bright colour with greenish highlights. Expressive aromas of ripe stone fruits are complemented by tropical, floral and botanical hints. On the palate, it impresses with its structure, creamy texture and toned acidity, which gives freshness and highlights the lively, fruity aromas. Long aftertaste. Considered a Sauvignon Blanc.
